It's not easy thing to handle your stress..It become more complicated when your stress at the maximum level for you to control and really dificult to handle it actually..When you face it,you need to know what are the effected ways that can control your stress efficiently..It become worst when your stress was overloaded and become very complicated also can lead you to the bad mood at that time.
Ways To Control Stress :

1) Listen to your really favourite music                        
2) Sleeping                                                                      
3) Eating your really favourite food                                 
4) Playing with your lovely pet                                          
5) Be very patience & don't show your stress                     
6) Have a joyous moment with your family members         
7) Share your problem with your trusted person in your life

Sometimes when your stress overloaded,you may get angry with the person surrounding you and you become silence because you don't want to speak anything with someone.It is because that is the symptom stress was controlled yourself,not you handle your stress.
